I loved the first two books in the Shopaholic series, but this one was a bit disappointing. In the two books before, Becky had to take responsibility for her actions, and she always learned something from her stupid mistakes. In this book, she doesn't have to take any responsibility, and she gets rewarded for ignoring everything and just hoping it will go away. She's not the Becky we read about in the first two books, and that was very disappointing.I'm hoping, also, that Becky and Luke go back to England in the next books in the series, because I miss Suze and Becky's parents... the new cast of friends working at Barney's just aren't as interesting, and Danny, the stereotypically-gay wannabe fashion designer made me grit my teeth every time he made a sitcom-esque entrance into Becky's apartment.
